What happens if you stop paying
Your record stays readable and stays exportable. Nothing is deleted and nothing is locked behind a paywall you have to pay to get out of — you drop back to the free tier’s limits on adding new reports, and everything already filed remains yours to read and to take with you.
Why it costs anything
Reading a report costs us money each time, because a model has to look at every page. Storing the original documents costs money for as long as you keep them, which is meant to be forever. We would rather charge for that plainly than find a way to make your medical records pay for themselves.
