How it works

Two ways in. If the lab emailed a PDF, upload it from a laptop — most people read email on a computer, and forwarding it to a phone first would be friction on the one action everything else depends on.

If what you have is paper, photograph it with the Android app. A report that runs to four pages is photographed as four pages and stays one report. If the signal drops, the capture is held on the phone and uploaded when the connection returns; you can see what has not gone up yet.

An AI model reads the pages and returns what it found: the test names, the results, the units, the reference ranges the lab printed, and the report’s own date and laboratory. This takes twenty to sixty seconds and does not hold up the screen — carry on, and you are told when it is ready.

It is not infallible. A creased page, a shadow across a column, or a handwritten correction can all produce a wrong reading. That is the reason for the next step, and the reason the next step is not optional.

Every extracted value is shown to you alongside the report it came from. Values that came through cleanly are collapsed into a single line you can open if you want. Anything read with less confidence — a unit that does not belong to that test, a number outside anything physically possible, a missing range — is put in front of you on its own.

The report’s date, the lab, and the patient name are always confirmed explicitly. A date that was guessed and silently accepted would put a reading in the wrong place on every chart it appears in, so it is never assumed.

Nothing enters your record until you submit that screen. An unconfirmed value appears on no chart and in no export.

The document you uploaded is kept exactly as it was and stays attached to every value taken from it. Any number on any chart can be traced back to the page it was printed on, and you can download that page at any time. Being able to check is what makes the record worth trusting.

Sehat Report shows you the values and the reference range the laboratory itself printed. It will tell you that a result sits outside that range. It will not tell you what that means, what is wrong, or what to do — that conversation belongs to you and your doctor, and this is the record you bring to it.

It also does not read dosages off a prescription. If you photograph one, it is stored with your documents and you are asked to enter the medication yourself, because a misread dose in a reminder is a harm the product will not risk.
