01The problem
The folder
Six years of reports in a plastic file, in the order they came home. Finding last winter’s means going through all of it on the floor.
The lab that closed
The report is somewhere in there. The lab that issued it is not answering the phone, and nobody has the result but you.
The question you cannot answer
“And what was your sugar in March?” You know it was tested. You do not know the number, and the appointment is seven minutes long.
Digitising years of paper sounds like an evening you will never spend. It is closer to a few minutes: photograph a report, glance at what was read, and it is in. Do the last one first, and the rest when you feel like it.
Three steps, and the middle one is the point.
A record you did not check is not a record you can trust.
02How it works
Step 1: Upload or photograph the report
A PDF the lab emailed, or the printed page photographed with the phone app. Up to twelve pages go in as one report. If the signal drops, the capture waits on the phone and uploads when the connection returns.
Then a model reads the values off the page — twenty to sixty seconds, in the background. A crease, a shadow across a column or a handwritten correction can produce a wrong reading, which is the reason for the next step.

Step 2: Check what was read off the page
Every value is shown to you against the report it came from. Values that came through cleanly are collapsed into one line; anything read with less confidence — a unit that does not belong to that test, a number outside anything possible, a missing range — is put in front of you on its own.
The date, the lab and the patient are always confirmed. Nothing reaches a chart or an export until you say so.

Step 3: It joins your record permanently
The value becomes a point on a line. The original document stays attached to it, so any number on any chart can be traced back to the page it was printed on — and that page can be downloaded at any time.

If you stop paying
Your record stays readable and stays exportable. Nothing is deleted and nothing is locked behind a paywall — you drop back to the free tier’s limit on adding new reports, and everything already filed remains yours.
Why it costs anything
Reading a report costs us money each time, because a model has to look at every page; so does reading a meal, and so does keeping the originals for as long as you want them. We would rather charge for that plainly than make your records pay for themselves.
Paying from Pakistan
Local cards and bank transfer, billed in rupees. No conversion, and no charge in a currency you then have to check against your statement.

Where your records go
You are handing medical records to a company you had not heard of before today. That deserves a straight answer on the front page rather than a link in the footer.
Encrypted
In transit and at rest. Documents are stored separately from the account that owns them.
Never sold
Not to insurers, not to pharmaceutical companies, not to advertisers. There is no version of this where your results are the product.
Yours to export
The whole record, any time, as PDF and as structured data — including the original files exactly as you uploaded them.
Yours to delete
Delete the account and the records and documents go with it. Not archived, not retained for analytics.
The nearest thing to this is a bank statement.
It is accurate, it is dull, and you can hand it to someone.
07About
Why this exists
Almost everyone with a long-running condition in Pakistan is already keeping records — in a folder, in the order they came home, from whichever lab was nearest. Hospitals do not share records with each other and no national system follows a patient between them, so the only person who can hold a complete history is the patient. This is a tool for doing that.
Who we build for first
Someone between thirty-five and fifty-five with diabetes, hypertension or a thyroid condition, tested every few months for years. Close behind, the daughter or son managing a parent’s health — uploading on their behalf, setting the reminders, printing the summary before the appointment.
What we are not building
Not a diagnosis tool, not a doctor-booking marketplace, not a wellness app. There are no streaks and no scores, and nothing congratulates you when a number improves — the same screen is read by someone whose numbers got worse.
