Sehat Report stores medical documents you provide, extracts values from them for you to confirm, and displays those values alongside the reference ranges printed by the issuing laboratory. That is the whole of it.

It does not diagnose any condition. It does not interpret results. It does not recommend treatment, medication, dosage, or any change to what your doctor has told you. Marking a result as sitting outside a laboratory’s stated range is a statement about that range and nothing more — it is not a finding, an opinion, or a cause for alarm.

It is not a medical device and has not been assessed or approved as one by any regulator.

Values are read from documents by software and can be wrong. You are asked to confirm every value before it is filed, and the original document remains available so anything can be checked against the page it came from. The record is only as accurate as the documents you supply and the confirmations you give.
