Terms of service

1. Who this agreement is between
These terms are between you and the company operating Sehat Report. Creating an account means you accept them. If you do not, do not create one.
You must be 18 or older to hold an account. You may keep records for another person — a parent, a child, someone in your care — only where you have the authority to do so.
2. What the service is
A place to store your own medical documents, have values extracted from them for your confirmation, and view those values over time. It is not a medical service, and the medical disclaimer forms part of these terms.
3. Your account
Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has reached it.
One account, one person holding it. Sharing sign-in details with someone who should not see the records under it is your risk, not ours.
4. Your content stays yours
The documents you upload and the records built from them belong to you. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store them, to process them so values can be extracted, to display them back to you, and to include them in exports you request.
We do not sell them, and we do not use them to train models. Reports are sent to an AI provider to be read, under terms forbidding retention and training on that content.
5. What you agree not to do
Do not upload documents that are not yours or that you have no right to hold. Do not attempt to reach another account’s records, disrupt the service, or use it to store anything unrelated to a health record.
6. Accuracy and limits
Values are read by software and may be wrong, which is why you confirm them. We do not warrant that any record is complete or accurate, and the service is provided as it is.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any decision taken on the basis of information shown here, or for loss arising from the service being unavailable or from data being lost. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
7. Ending it
Close your account whenever you like. Export first — deletion removes your records and documents, and once it has run we cannot bring them back.
We may suspend an account that is being used to break these terms, or to attack the service. Where we do, we will say why unless doing so would itself cause harm.
8. Changes
If these terms change in a way that affects you materially, we will tell you before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
