What if a value is read wrong?
You will see it before it is filed — nothing enters the record until you submit the review screen, and you can correct any value there. If something slips through, open the report in Documents, correct the value, and the charts update. The original page is always there to check against.
Can I use it with reports from different labs?
Yes, and that is the normal case. A value measured by three labs over four years appears on one chart. Where the labs stated different reference ranges, the band behind the line changes to match — the disagreement is shown rather than smoothed away.
My reports are in a folder going back years. Do I have to do them all?
No. Start with the most recent one. A chart needs two points to say anything, and the rest of the folder can be done whenever you feel like it.
Can I keep my mother’s records on my account?
Yes. One account can hold several people’s records, each kept separately. Whose record is open is stated at the top of every screen, because filing a result against the wrong person is the one mistake that matters most here.
What happens with a slow connection, or none at all?
A photograph taken with no signal is held on the phone and uploaded when the connection comes back, and you can see what has not gone up yet. Records already synced can be read offline, and medication reminders are scheduled on the device so they fire regardless.
Will it tell me whether my results are bad?
No, and it is built not to. It shows the value and the range the laboratory printed, and marks a result that sits outside that range. What that means is a conversation for your doctor — this is the record you take to it.
Can it read my prescription and set up the reminders?
It will store the prescription with your documents, but you enter the medication and the schedule yourself. A dosage read wrongly off a handwritten prescription is a risk not worth taking for the convenience.
Is the app in Urdu?
Not yet. The interface is English for now, since lab reports here are printed in English, but the app is built so Urdu can be added without rebuilding the screens.
The Android app
Photographing a report needs the Android app, which is not published yet. The web app takes PDF uploads today, so if your lab emails your results you can start now.
Something is wrong
Write to support@sehatreport.app and describe what happened. If a value was read incorrectly, say which lab issued the report — it helps us fix the reading for everyone using that lab.
