About

A record built for the person who already has the reports and no way to read them together.

Why this exists

Almost everyone with a long-running condition in Pakistan is already keeping records. They are in a folder, in the order they came home, issued by whichever lab was nearest at the time. The information exists. What does not exist is any way to see it as one thing.

Hospitals here do not share records with each other, and there is no national system that follows a patient between them. So the only person who can hold a complete history is the patient. This is a tool for doing that.

Who we build for first

Someone between thirty-five and fifty-five with diabetes, hypertension or a thyroid condition, tested every few months for years. That person gets the most out of this, and every decision is weighed against whether it helps them.

Close behind is the daughter or son managing a parent’s health — uploading on their behalf, setting their reminders, printing the summary before the appointment. That is common enough here that one account holds several people’s records, and whose record is open is stated on every screen.

What we are not building

Not a diagnosis tool. Not a doctor-booking marketplace. Not a wellness app — there are no streaks, no scores, and nothing congratulates you when a number improves. The same screen is read by someone whose numbers got worse, and a cholesterol result is not an achievement.

The nearest thing to what we are making is a bank statement. It is accurate, it is dull, and you can hand it to someone.

Where we are

Early. Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad first, then wherever people ask. If you are using this and something is wrong, say so — at this stage that is the most useful thing anyone can do.
